Maps being turned 90 degrees in Tane build 80345

#1 Post by jackyamstel »

Good day Roland. Today I needed to add to my existing route and using TransDEM as usual I created the additional map that I wanted and imported it into Tane (build 80345). In surveyor I found that map was turned 90 degrees counterclockwise. The Global Origin was also turned with the map. I loaded the same map into TS12 and it was fine there. I then loaded an older map into Tane and found that it also was now being turned 90 degrees.
I have loaded my maps into Tane build 78667 before and it worked OK. Do I need to get the latest version of TransDEM or could this be a bug with Tane build 80345? I am using TransDEM version 2.5.0.0. Also I am using Google Earth with placemarks to create the map.

Regards,
Jack

Update: Please ignore this problem as I have discovered that there is nothing wrong except for the fact that the screen view was 90 degrees from north, not the map. I don't know what I was thinking. Obviously I wasn't. Maybe this will give you a chuckle. Sorry to be a bother.

Regards,
Jack
