Issue with TranzDEM License

G'day!

So I have only just bought this program, it installed fine, now I am faced with an issue.

The TranzDEM License window is confusing me, what do I put in the Top Text box, and bottom? I have tried the registration key with the bottom one and the top, but it tells me that 'License does not match input for licensee and/or licence type.' How can I get around this?
