The 20 Transdem ground textures import into Trainz 2010 Content Manager without errors, and are automatically committed. However, from that point forward, I get 20 errors (see below) whenever I do a content manager database repair. Is there a way to fix this?

According to my copy of CMP, those assets are all listed as being in KUID format; that is, their KUID numbers are shown as <KUID:126773:21000 through to 21019>, whereas you show yours listed as <KUID2:126773:#####:2). Mind you, I know mine are quite 'old' assets and it is possible that "geophil" has updated them since I installed my ones but I would suggest that the discrepancy might be the cause of your issue. Might I suggest that you download and install them a second time. You can use this link from which to download them, if you wish...

There are two versions of the TransDEM ground textures, the original one with pure monochrome colours and the later one with same colours plus the additional orange 10m grid.
This later texture set carries version number 2 in the KUID: <kuid2:1267732> etc. The texture set is made available as a .cdp package as part of the TransDEM installation bundle. The package should be imported with Trainz Content Manager once.
The 20 version 2 textures should be the only one in your asset database with user ID 126773.
Thanks for that Roland (it looks like I have some 'updating' to attend to) but given that Kookaburra had the eroors when the updated set WAS installed, even re-installing that set might cause the same issue?...
