Will TransDEM 2.6 work with Trainz Model Railroad 2017

Hi all,

Just wanted to know if TransDEM will work with Trainz Model Railroad 2017. If so, is there anything I should know.

People tell me, they are already using TransDEM 2.6 with Trainz Model Railroad 2017. I don't own it myself but as far as I know, TMR already has the new route file structure which we will see for T:ANE SP2 in the near future as well. That means, as with all previous versions of Trainz and TransDEM over the last 12 years: Generating a route with TransDEM and importing into the newer Trainz version, i.e. TMR, will work, modifying an existing route will not. Many users, however, never run any of the modify functions, so it shouldn't be that much of a concern. Nonetheless, I will do my best to adapt TransDEM to the new file structure, but, as always, that will take a while.
