New and thinking about purchasing, couple questions

So I was thinking about Buying TransDem for Trainz. However I seem unable to firmly grasp what I need to buy and how much it will cost me?

Both purchasing pages I found mentioned Zusi Tools and a resultant Disc. The Trainz Page mentioned the "Standard Version" a few places, but never really addressed if it was a required separate Purchase or not?

The Zusi Edition is another variant of TransDEM and unrelated to Trainz. The Zusi Edition comes bundled with the Zusi simulator.

For Trainz you will need the TransDEM Trainz Edition.
