3D UTM tiles not placing on map

I apologise if I have missed this query answered already.

I have a map loaded into trains successfully and showing ground textures, and the 3D UTM tiles are also successfully installed however, they aren't placing on the map. I can place them manually, but that would take a very long time. I know I've missed something very obvious here but can't for the life of me see what.

Did you add these UTM tiles to an existing route? Often a second copy of the route is involved and the UTM tile references are added to the wrong one.

Before opening a route for edit in Trainz Content Manager make sure no route with the same name exists in the common folder. Otherwise Trainz Content Manager will assign a cryptic name to the exported route and you would never guess that this route is the one you want.

Oddly enough, there are two routes with the same name though I hadn't opened it for editing prior to importin the UTM tiles. I've deleted everything and will attempt the import again.
