Hello, I would like to know how to find the info to input new MTS's.

The service has to adhere to the de-facto protocol standard, originally set by Microsoft, I think. Mapquest, for instance, does not.

Microsoft and Open Street Map provided documentation for the map tile protocol although Microsoft today encourages users to use higher level interfaces. What I did was to run Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) for a protocol log to find out unknown parameters. However, the result of such analysis could be ending up with a different protocol to the quad tree technique and its variants implemented in TransDEM.

Shows the out-of-copyright USGS 1:24k topo map series, which is also available via USGS National Map WMS.

Appears to be the same source as Bing maps (originally Microsoft Virtual Earth)

Looks exactly like Open Street Map to me.
