TransDem Udate
Hi All,
I am currently using Transdem, version 2.5.0.0.
I haven't received any emails about possible updates. If any were sent then they are probably lost in Cyberspace. I do check my spam mail, although TransDem has been cleared to my inbox.

Re: TANE
Will my current TransDem work with this new version of Trainz, or is there an update for it in the near future. I expect T:ANE to behave the same way as previous new versions of Trainz. Until now Trainz Surveyor has always been backward compatible and I have no indication for T:ANE to be different ...
TANE
Hi All,
I have just pre-ordered TANE.
Will my current TransDem work with this new version of Trainz, or is there an update for it in the near future.
Thanks
Peter

Disaster ! Help
Hi All,
I accidentally deleted one of my Tiles, I forgot to re-lock the layer where the tiles are kept.
The route I'm building is rather large, covering all of South Wales, UK. The tile deleted is important as it contains a number of points (switches) on a complicated junction.
The tile in question ...

Google Earth and TransDem.
Hi All,
Not sure if this has been mentioned before if it has I apologize.
To set the Tilt and North position in Google Earth. You don't have to use two keystrokes.
Pressing "r" (without the quotes) will do both jobs. Tilt is set to zero, compass is set to North.

Re: Hardware accelerated texture compression. ???
I run TRS12, build 58414, and no such box exists, there, or in any other other tab in TRS12. CM or the main program. I think you are right, this option appears to be gone. I haven't experienced any problems myself without this option and nobody else reported difficulties here in recent months ...

Hardware accelerated texture compression. ???
Hi All,
Following the TransDem manual to the letter I became confused over one entry.
It states.
Select Settings from the file menu and go to the Miscellaneous Tab. It is called "Enable hardware accelerated texture compression"
End Quote:
