Upgrade TransDEM 2.5 to 2.5?

I've been away from Trainz and route development for several years due to time and conflicting interests. Retired now, I have an abundance of free time of which I would like to use to dive back into route development fro Trainz 22. My version of TransDEM is 2.5, and I understand there has been an upgrade since to v2.6 (and maybe more).
The first post in the linked thread gives instruction on how to facilitate a request (by submitting an email). I did submit a request, but the email address provided in the post is invalid, so the message never went through.
Anyone know how I can get an update?
