WMS tile server error

Using my brand new TransDEM 2.6.3, I connected to the Canadian WMS server and started a download. I keep getting an "Internal Server Error" message and the download stops after 56 PNG files. Selected only 160 map clippings (using a simplified track route otherwise it's too complex).
The WMS setting are imported from the file that came with TransDEM.
Is it me or are the servers tired?
