Can I Exclude poly lines Outside of the Mask...?

Using vector data routes in the US-America, the States are divided into regions with as many as 8-States included. Can TransDEM exclude or delete these poly lines outside of the mask?
I know that I can export routes with no worry, as the mask is the boundary for the route however; the multi-State arrangement makes it impossible to download from WMS or Map Tile Servers.

Create a small scale map, using a map tile service, with all the states in question included. Mark the vectors you don't want with rectangular masks and delete them.

Dank Roland,
Is there a Topo map source for the Map Tile Servers?

I see now, just make any map without a terrain DEM and use it to divide the routes into sections...

Yes, and you don't need topo map details for this. An overview map from any of the map tile providers should do. TransDEM always requires some "backdrop", either a map or a DEM, to display vector data.

Thanks for the great program, TransDEM!....
This should help greatly with route-mapping. The MTS was localized close in over Orlando, Florida however, it rendered all eight states for Rail_region_4.
