How to create files for large cities?

I am trying to create Trainz files for a large city like New York City? The number of baseboards are 69 across and 68 down. The problem is creating UTM files. I think that the maximum number of UTM tiles that can be generated is 25 across and 25 down. I think that I have to create 4 or more parts of the route and merge them in TRS2022. Any suggestions?

It's 25 per invocation of no route filter is set. With a route filter active (i.e a vector path) it becomes up to 1000 per invocation.
