Not Creating Tiles

#1 Post by jackdrake »

For some reason UTM tiles are not being created.
Installed are the TransDEM128 tiles and the UTM Tile 1000.
I am trying to create 500 tiles.
This is first time I have used latest program to create tiles in TS12
Worked ok for TANE however I am not going to persist in TANE until all early 1900's assets are repaired.
Followed the muengsten example with 500 size 3D tiles.
All I see when imported are the ground texture mapping.
Also cannot see the grids.

Did you set the export destination correctly? If you create for both TS12 and T:ANE, these will be two different export folders. Make sure to switch this folder when creating for a different Trainz version.

Yes I had it set for TS12, the tiles are there but nothing on them.
first part of the procedure works ok but secong part does not put the map on the tiles.

Well, if nothing appears to work, the usual thing to do is to repeat the Muengsten tutorial with all its steps, and check the result after each individual step. In this formalized approach you should be able to identify the particular stage where it fails.
