Hi All,
Following the TransDem manual to the letter I became confused over one entry.

It states.
Select Settings from the file menu and go to the Miscellaneous Tab. It is called "Enable hardware accelerated texture compression"
End Quote:

I run TRS12, build 58414, and no such box exists, there, or in any other other tab in TRS12. CM or the main program.

I would hate to load the ground textures ETC; and a trial route only to find a blank/black monitor.
If anyone runs the same version of TRS12; I would appreciate any advice they can give me

I think you are right, this option appears to be gone. I haven't experienced any problems myself without this option and nobody else reported difficulties here in recent months.
