geophil,

I sent you an email as well concerning this error, but I thought I would try and this as well.
I am trying to add new UTMs to an existing route. When I try I get an error reading .obs file. Why is that?

The steps I took:
Open the route Trainz 2012
Deleted the layer containing the old UTMs in surveyor (did this to save time instead of deleting each one individually, more than 100 UTMs to begin with)
Saved
Opened for edit in CM (no other routes were in the editing folder at the time, completely clean, not even the old scenery folder)
Opened Transdem and got the new UTMs
Made a mask and exported new UTMs
Selected the route
Got the error

I just looked it up in the source code. It's a formal reading error in the .obs file. This could be anything from a corrupt file, a version mismatch or some strange object in the file TransDEM does not recognise and misinterprets. Could you send me that .obs file?

The .obs file has been sent to you. Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
