As my route is in TRS2019, adding UTM-files is not possible due to a format change in TRS2019. Or better said, format change after Trainz Tane sp2

Some of the provider addresses no longer work and some are https. For https you will need TransDEM 2.6. But at least Open Street Map should be reachable.

In my Transdem version 2.5.1.0 ( 64-bit ) I'm using the jun 2014.xml settings.

No connection to any server can be made?

Tried the 2018 settings, but I have the same results, no connection

My internetconnection is Ok and there is no firewall blocking.

Any idea what could be the issue ...

Does the Trainz version have an influence on the Transdem generated map ( created in 2012 )? Yes. TransDEM exports adjust to subtle and and more prominent changes in the Trainz route file formats up to T:ANE SP1. The most obvious was lighting which lost backward compatibility with T:ANE.

In TS10 I get a merging window and when I go to an edge or to a corner of the window, I can enlarge it and I have a perfect view on the situation.

I did the test - piece of track was laid near the edge and had no problems within Transdem. :D

In Trainz TS12 however, merging large routes is a problem. :( One doesn't get an overview of both large routes to be merged. Impossible to enlarge the merging window in TS12.

Is there a way to re-create this file? I'm afraid you cannot recreate the file but you can retrieve the important coordinates of the edges - with a little trick.
