Thanks
That did it. Presently I am attempting to draw a Flow Chart to guide me through the intricacies. Ultimately I want to restrict my efforts to using OS maps and Dems to plot dismantled railways.
I'll be re-doing the Weißeritztalbahn tomorrow because I cannot get higher scale map downloads ...

Unable to open Raster Maps
I was losing the place so I decided to start over with the Muengsten Tutorial. I loaded the DEM. When I tried to load the Raster I was informed that the DEM would be closed. This is exactly the difficulty I have had trying to create my first route. Any pointers?

Re: Incorrect user number and more
Thank you geophil and SharkNose
I re-entered all the necessary data correctly and exported the results to TS2010. The contents manager accepted the files with no faults indicated.
I've opened in TS2010 and was able to view the route.
Enough for today.
Many thanks to you both.

Incorrect user number and more
I'm in the process of doing the 'Muengsten' tutorial. I imported the three files into TS2010 as required. The first two times I went through the process they all indicated a fault. I thought I found the reason was because the user number I entered in the KUID had a suffix 0 (Zero) added making it a ...
