Well at present I cannot get the Gleisplan Editor to run at all. Found it in the 32 bit folder but looks as if the Aerosoft version is missing, or Steam failed to install, some vital files as the main Zusi 3 in 32 bit won't run either (64 bit is fine).
Have asked for help on the main Zusi forum but ...

Re: Combining Zusi 3 And Transdem For Route Editing
Need to understand how you reconcile what you need to do in the Zusi editor with the work done in Transdem.
I'm afraid only a small part of the nearly 900 page German Zusi manual has been translated into English. In particular, the 120 page tutorial on building a route with all its prototypical ...

Combining Zusi 3 And Transdem For Route Editing
Having finally taken the plunge and purchased Zusi 3, thoughts are turning towards looking at the route building process though I did founder when I attempted it in Zusi 2.
Obviously basic Transdem usage not an issue as I have plenty of experience in Trainz, but looking through the forum tutorials ...

Re: New Trainz22 HD terrain
A real shame N3V haven't been co-operative.
For now I'm sticking with TRS22 Standard edition, not paying £55 again for the Platinum version and no interest in their subscription model.
On the subject of HD terrain, I've been dabbling in the just released TSW(4) editor. It is quite horrible ...

Open A str File From Zusi
I wanted to open a str file from one of the fictional routes in Zusi 2 (Buchow to Wittelhagen?) just out of curiosity to see if it was based on a real geographic location. Unfortunately it appears you can only open the str file if you know what the co-ordinates are and have either a DEM covering ...

Map Services - Sundry Issues
Running an older version of the software but I can not use the following anymore:
Yandex maps - no longer seem to work.
Bing Maps - no longer works for UK Ordnance Survey.
Sabre Maps - they appear to have blocked access to some of the maps on their site.

Re: Geo Data - Australia
Update - yes the 25m DEM with the OSM data is excellent, much better than the Viewfinder.
Incidental now but the TIFF file generated for the 5m DEM wouldn't open in Transdem (or DEMEX for MSTS either for that matter).
