Have generated an overlay that is underneath ground level. But for some reason, I can't select splines that are placed above through Transdem with the UTM tiles present. I have never encountered this situation before.
Was quite keen to tidy things up with the route. But interaction with the roads ...

Re: Crashes at startup on Win 11, partly fixed.
The C drive is a near brand new SSD. I am considering upgrading to a higher capacity SSD. But not sure what to do with the old one when it's replaced. I assume is literally near the size of a USB stick from what I've heard.

Re: Crashes at startup on Win 11, partly fixed.
I clicked on an .LGB file, and the program loaded normally for the first time on Win 11. But when I click on the main executable, it still crashes. I can't figure out what's wrong. But maybe you might have an idea, Roland.

Re: Crashes at startup on Win 11,
The current set up is one low capacity SSD, and the HDD. They are both running. I didn't actually copy anything, except for the .DLL files. But I need both drives active at the moment, unless I spend a lot of $ on a larger SSD. It was a communication blunder.

Re: Crashes at startup on Win 11,
By locally, what are you referring to? I tried installing in documents, with the same issue.

Crashes at startup on Win 11, partly fixed.
As mentioned, the program seems to crash at startup, after entering the licence key umpteen times. It initially asked for .dll files. But I transferred them.
Running it from an SSD. Just switched from Win 10 to 11.
Is there a solution? Would be the version from at least 2024.

Re: Regenerating terrain
Well adjusting the track height did a little bit in this regard.
I'd also like to ask. Is there a way to import already laid track into another route? I want to get the 75 or so kms of track that I've placed in the game into a larger route. Both routes are my own.

Regenerating terrain
Just wondering. Is it possible to regenerate the terrain, without losing any work? I have spent quite a bit of time tinkering with the track, and don't really fancy doing it all over again. Essentially I want to re-import the DEM. But I assume this requires creating a new route doesn't it?

Re: Transcontinental routes
That's interesting to hear. Vaguely relieving.
Rather than create another thread, is it possible to recreate DEM for the same route that's had some track laid in it?
